HOW TO MEAL PREP USING THIS RECIPE I now make this On the Go Granola Breakfast every Sunday as I prepare meals for the week. The ingredients are all stuff you either already have or buy frequently, and it only takes a few minutes to mix up. The recipe keeps well for a few days, so you can make a batch on the weekend and have enough breakfasts prepared for the following week.
Put yogurt, fruit, or any other mix-ins in your jars. To keep it crisp, add the granola just before you start eating. Put the granola in small bags so you can grab it and your yogurt jar on the go!
HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GRANOLA Making your own granola is a very simple process. It’s as simple as it gets and only adds a few minutes to the prep time. The remaining time is hands-off time, so you can use it to relax or continue meal preparation.
Oats, almonds, nutmeg, almond oil, and golden raisins are simply combined to make homemade granola, which is then baked for 25 minutes at 350 F.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO EAT cereal with milk on any kind of yogurt as a crunchy grab-and-go snack on its own sprinkle a handful on ice cream or frozen yogurt for a nutty crunch combine any fruits, fresh or dried, with the granola at the top of a smoothie bowl

Ingredients: 6 cups of oats, 1 cup of chopped almonds, 3 tablespoons of almond oil, 3 teaspoons of nutmeg, 1 cup of maple syrup, 1 cup of golden raisins, and 1 pinch of salt. Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the oats, almonds, almond oil, salt, nutmeg, and golden raisins in a bowl. Over the baking sheet, spread the oat mixture. 25 minutes of baking or until browned. Mix with a spatula halfway through. Take the food out of the oven and leave it there to cool to room temperature.
