COLLECT YOUR INGREDIENTS FIRST: pizza crust, pizza sauce, and toppings.

Pizza dough should be lightly dusted with flour before being rolled out into a thin rectangle to prevent sticking. Put the dough on a sizable baking pan or a pizza paddle. grill to a medium-high temperature Use a folded paper towel to apply vegetable oil to the grill grates. Pizza dough should be slid onto hot grates. 2 to 3 minutes, or until bottom is just beginning to brown. Pizza should be turned over and lightly brushed with oil. Apply pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese and your preferred toppings. When the cheese has melted and the toppings are just beginning to brown, close the cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to chopping board after removing from grill If desired, incorporate parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Serve right away.
