This recipe is quick and simple because frozen tilapia filets are used. Frozen filets are available at your neighborhood supermarket or wholesale outlet like Costco or Sams Club. Just seven ingredients—butter, garlic, pepper, salt, dill weed, paprika, and lemon juice—are required to prepare the spice. This dish is meant to serve two people. Simply double or triple the seasoning ingredients to make additional baked tilapia.

GARLIC LEMON BAKED TILAPIA Print Recipe
Total Time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 dash each of pepper, salt, dill weed, and paprika, and 1-2 tbsp each of lemon juice, and 2 frozen tilapia fillets INSTRUCTIONS Combine the butter, garlic, pepper, salt, dill weed, and Mixture should be heated gently until butter has melted and is simmering. Get rid of the heat. Tilapia fillets should be placed on the buttered surface after brushing a little amount of the butter mixture onto the bottom of a shallow baking dish (which can optionally be lined with foil). Each tilapia fillet should have the seasoned butter mixture brushed on top. Tilapia should flake easily with a fork after baking at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
