Caviar and a cowboy? Now, you don’t normally hear those two words together. You won’t care what it’s called once you try this dip, though, I promise! One of the best and easiest dips on the earth is made with our cowboy caviar, without a doubt.
Cowboy caviar is the ideal dip to offer with a side of tortilla chips as the Superbowl approaches. Your dip will be the talk of the party, we promise! Nobody needs to know that you only have five minutes to prepare it.
Cowboy caviar is flavorful, nutritious, and high in protein. It also keeps nicely in the fridge, making it simple to prepare ahead of time. If you save any leftovers in the refrigerator, you can eat it for a few days after making a large batch.
What are you still holding out for? Grab canned tomatoes, white beans, black beans, corn, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and Caesar dressing on your upcoming supermarket run. Your dip is prepared when you’ve combined all the ingredients. Remember to bring the tortilla chips!
