You should prepare the mint icing after baking and cooling the brownies. Apply it liberally, then place the pan in the refrigerator to setup. It should typically take an hour or so. Before incorporating the chocolate glaze, make sure the mint frosting has set.

After adding the chocolate glaze, you should refrigerate the pan again so it can set before serving. 9 medium-sized brownies or 6 giant brownies can be made in an 8-inch pan. Serve a big glass of milk with these delectable brownies.

Total: two hours BROWNIES’ INGREDIENTS 0.5 cups of butter sugar, white, one cup Unsweetened cocoa powder, one-third cup 1 teaspoon vanilla One-half cup of all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder 2 eggs FROSTING OF MINT 4 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk 2 cups of granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon of mint essence 3–4 drops of green food dye A COCOA GLAZE 6 tablespoons butter Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup 1 teaspoon vanilla INSTRUCTIONS BROWNIES turn the oven on to 350 degrees. An 8-inch square pan should be greased and floured. Melt half a cup of butter in a big pot. Sugar and cocoa are added after the heat is turned off. Add vanilla and eggs. Add the baking powder, salt, and flour. After spreading the batter into the pan, bake for 20 to 25 minutes. FROSTING OF MINT Combine all ingredients, then spread over brownies. Place there till set.
