1 INGREDIENTS Coconut flour, 1 cup, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. 12 teaspoon salt 4 eggs Coconut oil softened to 1/3 cup but not melted. 3 grated or finely minced garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of finely chopped scallions or green onions 2 teaspoons of your preferred herb, chopped finely. Excellent options are rosemary, cilantro, dill, parsley, and cilantro. INSTRUCTIONS Set the oven to 375 degrees. Use Sil-Pad or parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Sift the baking powder, salt, and coconut flour in a sizable basin. Add the eggs and the softened coconut oil. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer or a stand mixer until they resemble damp sand in both texture and appearance. Use a spatula to thoroughly combine the herbs, minced scallions, and grated garlic.
