INGREDIENTS 1 package of cream cheese, 8 ounces, at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon of lime juice 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 lime zest INSTRUCTIONS Lime should be juiced after being zested. A medium bowl should be filled with the other ingredients along with 1 tsp of lime juice and lime zest. With a fork, combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
