Make careful to prepare your patriotic parfaits the evening before your major holiday party. Both the pudding and the jello require time to set up. You can use strawberry, raspberry, cherry, or black cherry for the jello component.

For this specific meal, we used white chocolate pudding, but vanilla would work just as well. Making jello or pudding is not difficult; simply make sure that each layer is ready before adding more. You’ll get lovely, straight lines that way.
