Think about campfires with toasted marshmallows on sticks as a child. The challenge is to sandwich a gooey marshmallow between two graham crackers without dropping your chocolate nib. It was tasty, messy, and enjoyable. Here is a recipe for making little smores pies that are simple to handle and still have all that delicious flavor.

Do not misunderstand me—campfire smores are fantastic. I have many wonderful childhood and adult recollections of spending time by a fire in the woods. But lighting a campfire involves more complicated logistics than turning on my oven. In fact, I could go hiking till I discovered the ideal location, build a fire, sharpen some sticks, and start a campfire. I don’t always have the time to do that, though. Or, when it comes down to it, the desire to do it.

I don’t have to leave the comfort of my house to enjoy these delicious tiny bites thanks to this recipe. In my cheerful small kitchen, graham cracker crust, smooth chocolate, and gooey marshmallow topping were all made possible. Without having to spend the night on the ground, enjoy all the pleasure of smores over a campfire! Just set up camp in our beds and have s’mores pies, then.

Nobody I’ve ever met has ever not liked smores. They’re not in my world, but I’m sure they’re someplace out there. It’s challenging to surpass the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow combination. And it’s so easy!
Practically anyone can follow this recipe to the letter. In actuality, it isn’t all that dissimilar from smores cooked over a fire. The main distinction is that these are lovely and you often don’t get burned marshmallow on your clothes.

The outcome will be the same whether you prepare these for dessert at home or serve them at a gathering (how adorable would these be for a camping birthday party?). I want smore pleas will be heard repeatedly. Although that is so corny, I couldn’t help myself.

While camping may not be for everyone, little smores pies are quite the opposite!

INGREDIENTS Baking sugar cookies Graham cracker crumbs in a cup Eight chocolate bars, in bits 1 container of graham-cracker cream INSTRUCTIONS 1) Grease a cupcake tray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine cookie crumbs and sugar cookie dough. Any sugar cookie recipe will work, as would store-bought dough. 2) To create miniature pie crusts, completely fill the cupcake tin with dough. Each cupcake tin needs a well in the center, so grease the back of a tablespoon-sized measuring spoon and press it in there. The crusts should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes. After removing from the oven, press each crush’s center with the measuring spoon once more. 4) Fill each crust with four pieces of a chocolate bar while it is still hot. Smooth using the back of the measuring spoon after allowing to melt. 5) Spoon marshmallow cream into a piping bag or freezer bag, then snip the tip. Place a dollop of marshmallow cream in the middle of each pie. 6) Broil your oven. Smore pies should be baked under the broiler for about two minutes, or until the marshmallow top is toasted. Before serving, remove and allow it totally cool. EVEN TASTIER RECIPES TO TRY:
