The chocolate strawberry combination is one of my faves, as you may already know if you’ve been reading this blog for a time. The ideal fast dessert or decadent treat are these Strawberry Brownie Bites.
Actually, I should rephrase that because brownies are more like my all-time favorite dessert. They are extremely indulgent, yet fudgy and crunchy, and everyone adores them. So when you prepare a new batch, you can be sure that everyone will gush over them.
All the familiar and beloved brownie ingredients are heightened in these treats. They are practically impossible to eat because they are so fudgy. They are incredible good in addition to being delicious. Additionally, they are not only a hit with the crowd but also the kind of dessert that disappears off the table in 3 seconds flat.
Although they are called strawberry brownie bites for a reason, what I adore most about them is how nicely they go with strawberries.
Simply put, the combination is the best you can get.
The roasted berries become so flavorful and juicy that they resemble fresh jam. The berry juices also mix with the brownie, adding a delicious flavor to the entire bite and enhancing the rich cocoa flavor.
They also make a lovely gift when they are wrapped in cellophane or placed in a box with some fine chocolate. Alternatively, you could go the more traditional route and serve a large serving tray of warm brownie pieces and a few tubs of vanilla ice cream. This combination of a few strawberry brownie bites and a dollop of vanilla ice cream is delicious, I assure you.
