Butter chicken for ten minutes I constantly struggle with dinner. Sometimes I have a plan for what I’m going to cook, but I become distracted by the activities of the day. Before I know it, everyone is ravenous, and I have to quickly set the table for supper. This delicious and hurried 10-minute butter chicken recipe can help. I can have it on the table before the family gets too hungry because it is so quick and easy.

Although it takes little time to prepare, this recipe does require some multitasking. Enlist some assistance to keep the family busy. While one person stirs the sauce, the other may watch the chicken. If you don’t have cooked rice on hand, prepare some quick rice.

Plating just only a minute of time when all the pieces are prepared. Just serve some rice. Chop it up or add a chicken breast over top. After that, add a sauce and add cilantro as a garnish. Yummy!

Time Spent: 10 minutes INGREDIENTS dividing six teaspoons of butter into thirds Chicken breasts, two 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion 3 tablespoons garam masala 1 teaspoon chile powder, as desired 1 teaspoon cumin, ground a single cup of tomato sauce A quarter cup of heavy cream Pepper and salt to taste Citrus as a garnish 1 cup cooked rice INSTRUCTIONS In a skillet set over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Use this mixture to brown the chicken pieces on all sides. Cook the chicken for a further few minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Melt 2 more tablespoons of butter in a pot over medium heat. When the onion is transparent, add the garlic and onion. Before adding the tomato sauce, add the garam masala, chili powder, and cumin and heat for 30 seconds. Before adding heavy cream, bring the mixture to a simmer and cook it for 3–5 minutes. While you divide the rice and chicken into portions, continue to simmer for 1 minute. Spread the sauce over the chicken after stirring in the remaining butter and making any necessary flavor adjustments with extra spices, salt, and pepper. cilantro is a good garnish.
