Red Velvet Loaf Remodelaholic 2

15 minutes for preparation Time to Cook: 55 minutes Ingredients: 1 loaf cup softened butter one cup of sugar 4 ounces of softened cream cheese 2 eggs Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to 2 cups of flour Baking soda and two tablespoons of baking powder Salt, 1 teaspoon, and Buttermilk, 1 cup 1 tablespoon of red food dye DRIZZLE 2 ounces of room temperature cream cheese 14 cup of melted butter Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon 0.5 teaspoons of corn syrup 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, fresh 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar INSTRUCTIONS Set the oven to 350 degrees. A 9×5-inch loaf pan should be greased or lined with parchment paper. Cream the butter, sugar, and cream cheese in a sizable bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer until it becomes light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs, scraping the bowl in between each addition. Beat in the vanilla after adding it. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate basin. Buttermilk and red food coloring should be combined in a different basin or measuring cup. Add half of the buttermilk mixture after adding the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Continue by incorporating the remaining buttermilk, another of the flour, and the remaining flour while mixing only until mixed. The red velvet batter should be poured into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Before drizzling with cream cheese mixture, allow it cool fully.
