Post a Recipe We love DIY projects and home design at Remodelaholic, but we also adore recipes. These muffins with the jam inside are one of my favorite breakfast foods. They are extremely flavorful, full, and delicious. They are also indulgent. I really appreciate how simple they are to make while still looking stylish and put together. So it would be an understatement to say that I am deeply in love with this dish.

Additionally, jam-stuffed muffins are the ideal housewarming present. You only need to pack a wire basket with freshly baked goods, morning necessities like a charming mug and a tea towel, decorate it with a pretty ribbon, and finish it off with a card. One of those situations where keeping things simple is preferable. I also enjoy making them when I have overnight visitors or when I’m hosting a little brunch or get-together in the afternoon.

And can we just take a moment to discuss how popular the recipe is with everyone? I really do mean it!” They are so delicious that everyone who tries them praises about them and either requests the recipe or a few to take home.

For me, filling the jam is the true secret. I like to add a lot since, in all honesty, more is better when it comes to jam and flavor explosions. However, there must be a balance because you don’t want all of your muffins to bake with jam on them. So I spread a layer of batter, scoop some jam on top, and then cover it with more batter.

Once they are finished, it is time to glaze. The glaze unifies the tastes and seals in the moisture, giving the dessert a freshly baked appearance (which is actually a million times better). Use swirls, drizzles, or your preferred design, but whatever you decide, make sure there is enough glaze on top.
