My yard sale went well. I made $400 and sold half of my belongings, so I’ll be doing it again in a few weeks with the intention of selling everything. To create room for furnishings I can purchase with the money from my sales, I sold a few pieces I didn’t love as much.
I purchased two new chairs for my front porch yesterday to set up a small conversation area (sometimes called conversation sets). Every weekend, a close neighbor and I go for a few miles of neighborhood walking. After our walk, we always rest on my porch for a little while to cool off.
