PANNA COTTA WITH PEPPERMINT Dessert recipe type: Peppermint Mocha Panna Cotta Author: Foodieaholic Ingredients: 8 Servings 30 ml of cold water 1 package plain gelatin whipping cream, two cups 30 grams of sugar 1 and a half tablespoons of instant coffee 3/4 of a teaspoon 1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Pure Peppermint Extract Nielsen-Massey Organic Fairtrade Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract half a teaspoon extract from Nielsen-Massey pure coffee a serving of cocoa powder (garnish) Instructions 8 little martini glasses or dessert molds should be placed on a small sheet pan with a rim and set aside. Add water to a tiny glass measuring cup. To soften the gelatin, sprinkle it over the water and let stand for five minutes. Whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, peppermint, and coffee extracts should all be added to a medium pot and mixed together. Stirring regularly, heat over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved and cream just starts to softly boil. As the heat is lowered, add the softened gelatin and whisk continuously until it dissolves. Get rid of the heat. Pour mixture into glasses until they are about 1/4 cup full each. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Dust with chocolate powder just before serving.
