I’m spending the last few days of my vacation in Prague before I fly home on Friday, and so far it’s been an incredible experience! I’m excited to share some new wallpaper and fabric patterns that I created today and are currently offered in my Spoonflower shop .
The sculptural pattern of sand on a beach served as the inspiration for my first pattern, Blown Sand . It comes in six colors: peacock, taupe, moss, spa blue, ebony, and apricot, and is available as wallpaper and fabric.

As it is presented here, I think it would look amazing as wallpaper in a bathroom or bedroom.

I drew ragged shapes that resembled the horizontal movement of sand and colored them to give them a light watercolor appearance.

The Watercolor Leaf collection is the next, and it comes in five colors: celery, taupe, peacock blue, and blue.

This print was created using a simple leaf repetition that I then colored to give each one tonal properties in a single colorway. The majority of each print is one color, but it also has lighter and darker shades of that color.

Finally, I added an Brushstroke Stripe in three color combinations. Later this summer, I’ll add more stripe combinations in various colors.

Here is my Summer Stripe in Apricot as a round tablecloth from Roostery, a Spoonflower sibling company that provides custom-made home furnishings and bedding:

This stripe looks fantastic both as an throw pillow and an lumbar pillow ! .
Try one of these two tote bag patterns if you’re looking for a quick summer sewing project. They both use fabric from previous collections:

Later this week, I’ll demonstrate my approach for making pillow covers and curtain panels without a sewing machine for those of you who do not know how to sew. Remain tuned.

Look for fresh designs and darker tones in the fall instead of the sunny and cheerful prints of the summer.
