A happy weekend to all! For me, it’s been an extraordinarily busy one. I didn’t have much time to sit still between the high school homecoming game, dance, sleepovers, and soccer matches.

I did have the house to myself on Friday night for a few hours, so I cuddled up on my sofa in my pajamas with a bottle of wine and watched this post war film on Netflix. For anyone who enjoyed Downton Abbey, I heartily suggest it. You’ll recognize a few famous faces in the film.
