It can be kept for up to ten days in an airtight container. Use the whisk attachment on a stand mixer and add 1 cup of cream. Start out at a slow pace. Add 2 Tbsp of sugar and gradually pick up the pace. Whisk at a high pace until stiff peaks form. Cream should be kept in the fridge until it is time to use it.
