EGG DEVILED IN MUSTARD Deviled Mustard Eggs Appetizer-type recipes Written by Foodieaholic Ingredients 6 big, shelled hard-boiled eggs Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup shredded onion, 1 tablespoon two tablespoons. Original Prepared Mustard from Colman pepper and salt as desired Instructions Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks using a spoon, then put them in a bowl. With a fork, mash the yolks; then combine with the mayonnaise, onion, and Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard. To taste, add salt and pepper. Mound the filling a little as you divide it among the egg halves. If desired, add paprika powder or dried pepper flakes as a garnish. Put the eggs on a dish, cover it, and put it in the fridge. Notes Add a teaspoon or two of habanero hot sauce to the egg mixture for an even hotter version.
