PARFAIT EGGNOG Dessert recipe for eggnog parfait from Foodieaholic Ingredients: 12 Servings 1 pint of chilled cream whip sweetened condensed milk, 1 14-ounce can 12 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 14 teaspoon of nutmeg, ground rum extract, 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, two tablespoons 10 ounces of maraschino cherries (drained) 12 8-ounce bottles or jelly jars 3 cups cereal Cinnamon Toast Crunch Instructions 12 cherries should be set aside for garnish. Chop any more cherries and reserve them for later. Whipping cream should be whipped in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum extract, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a big bowl. From the other bowl, add the whipped cream, then combine. Make the parfaits in a glass or jelly jar. Layer cereal, 3/4 cup cream, and cherry pieces in each glass. Repeat this two more times, then top the final layer of cream with some cereal and a whole cherry. Before serving, cover the glasses and freeze them for 5–6 hours.
