When discussing Carolina BBQ, pork is THE preferred traditional meat. So before you throw it on the grill or slow-roast it to perfection, spice it up with this dry rub, whether of whether you’re dishing it up sliced, shredded, or pulled at your next barbecue.

RUB CAROLINA DRY Coastal Dry Rub Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cumin Chili powder, 2 teaspoons Freshly ground pepper, 2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp. Paprika, 1/4 cup In a container, combine all the ingredients and mix. Use an airtight container for storage.
