Cook for three minutes after bringing to a simmer. Set apart for cooling. Brush some of the pineapple mixture on some of the spit rods before inserting them equally through the ham. Rotate for 45 minutes, then re-brush with the pineapple mixture. Rotate the ham for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Sliced ham should be topped with some of the pineapple mixture.
The best way to cook this ham is in a rotisserie oven. We appreciate Ronco for sending along this fantastic recipe! Try their Dijon-Garlic-Rosemary Rubbed Lamb Roast and Rotisserie Pork Roast , which were highlighted on FOODIEaholic.
