Hello there, buddies. Yesterday, I took a few hours off from work. In Northern California, we’ve had a week of sunny skies and temperatures in the 70s, so I just had to head to the beach to hear the waves and feel the sun on my face since it’s so relaxing. I shared a video of the breathtaking coastline view from the top of Bodega Head on my Instagram stories.

I’ve developed the habit of chatting to every stranger who happens to be standing next to me. It always results in a human connection, even if it only lasts for a few seconds or minutes. This is one of the best things about being present. I had a conversation with a couple from Chicago who were on vacation as I was standing there and gazing over the cliffs. Together, we were completely enthralled and grateful to be there, enjoying the warmth and the breathtaking vista. I cherished that time.
