Mushrooms, onions, red pepper, and spinach should be sautéed in butter in a medium skillet until soft. Add ham or sausage on top, then place over cheese. Add the rest of the cheese to the mixture. Beat eggs in a bowl. Mix well after adding the milk, flour, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
