I’m taking a flight to Vegas today to spend a few days with my family and to finish the flip house before staging and listing it for sale. I’ll shortly provide pictures of the bathroom and kitchen. Because the house was renovated exclusively for resale and I needed to appeal to a broad range of consumers, my tile choices for that project were straightforward and neutral. If I were decorating for myself, I would make bolder or more colorful selections for the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom (see this post for a preview).
