DRY RUB JERK FROM JAMAICA Dry Rub for Jamaican Jerk Written by Foodieaholic Ingredients 2 tablespoons kosher salt Brown sugar, 2 teaspoons Garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons two teaspoons of ground spices 1 teaspoon of crushed, dried scorpion One tablespoon of dried chives 1 paprika teaspoon 1 teaspoon of black pepper, ground 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, ground 1 teaspoon of ginger, ground one tablespoon of dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/8 teaspoon of clove powder Instructions In a container, combine all the ingredients and mix.
