GRILLED GARLIC SHRIMP SKEWERS Skewers of shrimp grilled with garlic Written by Foodieaholic Ingredients: 3 Servings 1 pound of washed shrimp (if serving a large group, double the amount). Olive oil, 1/4 cup 2 tablespoons melted butter 5 minced garlic cloves Red pepper flakes, 1/8 teaspoon 14 teaspoon LoSalt Metal or wooden skewers Instructions Wooden skewers should be soaked in water for at least an hour before use. Olive oil, butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes should all be combined in a bowl. Stir in the shrimp after adding it. 30 minutes of marinating Each skewer should contain 5-7 shrimp. Grease the grill rack, then grill the skewers at 375 degrees or so until the shrimp are fully cooked.
