Dear friends: Do you ever feel that your home is too cluttered? I do! It’s challenging to carve out time from our crazily busy schedules to deal with outgrown clothing, unnecessary paper, and items we simply don’t use anymore, but as I begin to declutter, I am learning it doesn’t take as much time as I had anticipated. I therefore aim to motivate you to clean your life during the coming weeks.

I reasoned that the entrance would be a good location to start. It’s the spot you stare at first when you go into your house and the last when you depart. Furthermore, I can’t really put the responsibility entirely on my kids because Joe and I have been known to occasionally kick off our shoes and leave them on the ground as well.
